Update your resume to look like the following:

Notes:

  1. When a user clicks on the link in the left frame, it scrolls your resume to that section. For example, in the picture shown above, the user clicked in the left frame on "2. Received" and the resume was scrolled to that point, TRAINING RECEIVED.

  2. Make sure to give the user the option to remove the frame if they do not wish to have them. Entitle the link "Remove this frame", or something similar.
